How to upload documents to the server

There are two ways to upload a document to the server:

  1. Upload a document to the server from the "Manage Files" section of the Administrative Interface
  2. Upload a document "on-the-fly" while adding a form to a page, event, news article, etc.

Upload a document to the server from the "Manage Files" section of the Administrative Interface

  1. Login to your Administrative Interface

  2. Click on the "Manage Files" link in the main menu.

  3. Click on the "Documents" tab.

  4. In the section entitled "Upload Documents ", click on the "Browse" button and find the document that you want to upload from your local computer. Click "Open".



  5. Select the action that you want to take if the document that you are uploading already exists on the server.



  6. Click "Upload Document".

Upload a document "on-the-fly" while adding a form to a page, event, news article, etc.

  1. Go to the page, event, news article, etc. that you want to add a form to and click on the "add" link in the section (or "tab") entitled "Forms".

  2. In the field that says "Choose a Form", select "Upload a New Document".



  3. Click on the "Browse" button and find the picture that you want to upload from your local computer. Click "Open".

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the form and click "Add" (or "Update").
