After uploading the MP3 that you want to play on a specific page on your website, follow these steps to embed the MP3 into the page that you want to play background music:

1. Click on the "Site Map" link.
2. Click on the name of the page that you want to play background music on.
3. Click on the "Edit" tab.
4. In the "Page Content" field, click on the button on your toolbar that says "Source" (#2):
   
   
   
   
5. After clicking on the "Source" button, the WYSIWYG Editor is now in "source code mode". Now just paste the following code into the top of the "Page Content" field while in "source code mode" (be sure and replace the text "your_mp3_file.mp3" with the name of your MP3 file):
