To clear your browser’s cache in Internet Explorer, follow these easy steps (see diagrams below for further clarification):

1. From the main browser menu, click on “Tools”.
2. Next, click on “Internet Options…”
3. Next, click on the tab that says “General”.
4. Next, click on the button that says “Delete Files”.
5. A pop-up window will appear.  Click “OK”.
6. Next, click the “OK” button.
7. Finally, you will need to refresh your browser by clicking on the Refresh button or by click the “F5” button on your computer’s keyboard.
