How to show/hide thumbnails of pictures in "Manage Files/Folders"

To temporarily show/hide thumbnails of pictures in the "Manage Files/Folders" section of the Administrative Interface, follow these easy steps:

  1. Click on "Manage Files/Folders".

  2. Click on the "Pictures" tab.

  3. In the section entitled "Pictures on Server", next to the "Preview" heading title, click "Hide" or "Show".

Administrators (but not Contributors) can change whether or not picture thumbnails show by "default" by following these easy steps:

  1. Click on "Manage Files/Folders".

  2. Click on the "Pictures" tab.

  3. In the section entitled "Pictures on Server", just above the "Preview" heading title (see #3 above), there is a link that says "Click here to change this default".  Click that link to change the picture thumbnails "default".
