How to delete a page from your website

NOTE: Instead of deleting a page from your website, you may want to just "turn it off" in case you want to use it again later. Click here to learn how to "turn-off" a page on your website.

To delete a page from your website, follow these easy steps:

  1. Login to your Administrative Interface.
  2. Click on the "Site Map" link.
  3. Click on the name of the page that you want to delete.
  4. Click on the "Edit" tab.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Delete" button.***
***NOTE: If the "Delete" button does not appear, here is why:
  • You have an event, news article, photo album, etc. associated with the page that you want to delete. In order for the "Delete" button to appear, you first need to move or delete the objects (events, news articles, etc) related to the page that you want to delete.

    OR
  • The page that you are trying to delete is a "built-in" page that cannot be deleted. For example, "Sunday's Bulletin", "Join Our Mailing List", "Calendar", etc.
