What is a "Favicon"?

To add a "Favicon" to your website, follow these easy steps:

1. Convert the image that you want to use as your "Favicon" to an icon file type (".ico"). You can convert an image to an icon file here: Convert image to icon »
   
   
2. Upload your Favicon to the "pictures" folder on the server. How to upload pictures to the server »
   
   
3. Click on the "Settings" link in the main menu of your Administrative Interface.
   
   
4. Click on the "Edit" link in the top right hand corner of the section entitled "Design Layout" in the tab entitled "Site Design/Layout".
   
   
5. Scroll down to the field that says "Favicon" and select the Favicon that you uploaded in Step 2 above.
   
   
6. Click the "Update" button.
   
   
7. Open a new browser and go to your website. To see the Favicon, you may need to refresh your browser.
